Returns Policy

Return products:

A product can be returned within 14 days. The products you purchased from our online store were accompanied by the legally issued documents (sales invoice – delivery note or retail receipt).
In order to return, in any way, products you purchased from, you must have the relevant proof of purchase in your possession in order to show it or send it depending on the return method you choose. Products are returned in their packaging, which must be undamaged and in the condition it was delivered to you with all accessories. The return is made exclusively by sending the products to the headquarters of our Company.
For defective products, the customer must inform our Company within 48 hours of receipt, through the special form on the website of our online store or by e-mail, stating the defect. He will then receive a code in his e-mail and can then return the product. The product is then replaced after it has been checked and found that the defect is not due to the fault of the customer. In this case, the return costs are borne by us as well as in case the product is wrong.
  • In any other case, the cost is borne by the customer.
  • In the event that the customer chooses a refund, he is responsible for the costs, otherwise he can choose another product.
